From March 13 through March 19, once again, the collections of the De Young Museum are paired with the best floral decorative talents of the Bay Area and beyond. Since the creation of this most important fund raiser for the Fine Arts Museum of San Francisco 30 years ago, Floréal has been displaying its whimsical creations every year through the creativity of Dominique Pfahl. For a change, Dominique decided to entrust her long time assistant Anthony De Leon to develop and execute this year's creation. Anthony has definitely, beautifully carried on the vision of Floréal once again. Congratulations Anthony, for an extraordinary piece !
" The ladies of the Metropolitan Club were charmed by Dominique's creations today.
Her theme was "Organic Autumn and Rustic Embellishments" for your home. In tones of Ochers, Rusts , Beiges and Browns, she created a Thanksgiving Log, 3 Leaf balls, a Flower Box and 2 Dream Catchers.
The excitement level went up when the creations became the prizes of the lottery that followed the demonstration.
Asincere thank you to Claudia Fleurey who organized the event and to the Metropolitan Club who hosted it."
